The deal between you and us.

Realove is a serious dating service that uses AI to help people find real partners. It's currently operated by Eugene Donin as an individual operator while we set up a registered company. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything. We'll update this page when we register the company.

You must be 18 or older to use Realove. No exceptions, anywhere in the world. If we find out you're under 18, we'll close your account and delete your data.

You also confirm that:

• You're using your own identity, not someone else's.
• You're not on a sex offender registry.
• You're not banned from using our service from a previous account.
• You're using Realove for genuine connection, not commercial purposes.

You're responsible for keeping your login safe. If someone else gets into your account because you shared your password, that's on you. If you think someone accessed your account without permission, tell us immediately at [email protected].

You can have only one account. If you create multiple accounts to get around a block or to deceive others, we'll close all of them.

Realove is for:

• Meeting people genuinely interested in serious connection.
• Talking to Venus (our AI matchmaker) about yourself and what you want.
• Sharing your story honestly — photos, screenshots, words.
• Reading what Venus sees in you, and asking her to refine it.
• Messaging matches respectfully.

These are non-negotiable. Doing any of these gets your account closed — often without warning when safety is involved.

• No fake profiles. No impersonation, no stolen photos, no pretending to be someone you're not.
• No minors. No content involving anyone under 18 in any form. We report this to authorities immediately.
• No harassment. No threats, stalking, unwanted sexual content, racism, sexism, or hate of any kind.
• No nudity as your main photo. Your first (main) profile photo must show you clothed and decent, with your face clearly visible — no bare torso, no underwear, no nudity. Explicit or sexual images aren't allowed anywhere on Realove. Tasteful beach or sport photos are welcome in your additional gallery, but not underwear shots, bathroom or bedroom «nudes», or anything vulgar. Statistically, a clean, clothed main photo earns more trust from people looking for something serious. Photos that break this rule are removed, and we may ask you to replace your main photo.
• No scams. No requests for money, gift cards, crypto, investment «opportunities», or any financial schemes.
• No commercial use. No selling, promoting OnlyFans, escort work, multi-level marketing, or business outreach disguised as dating.
• No bots. No automated messaging, scraping, or hacking the service.
• No illegal content. Anything that violates the law in your country or ours.

We may ask you to verify your identity (photo verification, ID check, or both). Verified users get more trust on the platform. Unverified accounts may be limited in what they can do — this protects the community from fake profiles.

We also give each user a private trust score based on how they behave on the platform. We don't show your score to others, but we use it to keep the community safe.

Venus is an AI. She's perceptive, but she's not human, not a therapist, not a relationship counselor, and not infallible. She can be wrong. She might miss things.

What Venus does:

• Asks you questions to understand who you are.
• Reads astrology and numerology from your birth date (just for fun and color).
• Analyzes screenshots you upload from your social media.
• Writes a «badge» and short intro about you (shown to others only if you publish).
• Helps you refine your profile through chat.

Astrology and numerology are not science. Venus uses them as a starting point for understanding you. Don't make important life decisions based on them. Use your own judgment.

AI insights are suggestions, not orders. You make the final call on your profile, your matches, and your relationships.

Anything you upload — profile photos, social media screenshots, messages — still belongs to you. We don't own it.

But to actually run the service, we need permission to:

• Store your content securely (Cloudinary and Postgres servers).
• Show your profile content to other Realove users you choose to share with.
• Process content through AI (Venus uses OpenAI to analyze it).
• Use anonymous, aggregated patterns to improve matching.

We don't use your content for advertising, don't sell it to anyone, and don't train AI models on it.

Realove is currently free during Early Access. There are no paid plans or in-app purchases.

You can permanently delete your account anytime from Settings. Access ends immediately and the account is permanently tombstoned; identifying database records, residual caches, and Cloudinary media then follow durable cleanup jobs that retry until successful. Cloudinary normally finishes within 30 days, but provider outages can take longer. Isolated provider and backup remnants follow the Privacy Policy and cannot restore the account. There is no recovery period.

We may suspend, freeze, or close access if you break these rules. Moderation is different from permanent deletion and may preserve strictly limited safety or legal evidence.

We do our best to keep Realove running smoothly. But we're a small operation — sometimes things break, servers go down, features get updated. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

We can also change features, add new ones, or remove old ones. We'll try to give notice for major changes, but small adjustments happen all the time.

Realove introduces people. We're not responsible for what happens between you and another user — online or in person. We don't do background checks (yet — we may add this later). We don't verify everyone's identity.

Meeting strangers is your choice and your risk. See our Safety page for how to do it more safely.

We're not responsible for AI mistakes either — Venus might describe you in a way you disagree with. You can always ask her to rewrite it (just chat with her), or simply not publish it.

Where the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to Realove is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (so $0 during free access).

If we have a disagreement, write us first at [email protected]. Most things can be resolved by talking. If they can't, the laws of Ukraine apply, and we'll figure it out in good faith.

When we register a formal company elsewhere, this section will be updated with the company's jurisdiction.

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we'll change the «last updated» date at the top. For significant changes that affect your rights, we'll email you and ask you to re-confirm before continuing to use the service.
