Realove protects children

Realove is a dating service for adults aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating or using an account.

Realove has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• Any sexual content involving a person under 18, including real, altered, or AI-generated CSAM.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
• Sexualized depictions of minors or attempts to obtain sexual images or information from a minor.
• Identifying, contacting, or sharing personal information about a minor for exploitative or harmful purposes.
• Any attempt to evade these rules or help another person do so.

Use Report on the relevant Realove profile or conversation. You can also block the account immediately. If you cannot use the in-app report, email [email protected] with the subject Child Safety / CSAE and include the profile name or link, date, and a brief description.

Do not download, copy, attach, or forward suspected CSAM.

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

Reports are reviewed by a human moderator. When a report is substantiated, Realove removes prohibited content, restricts or permanently terminates the responsible account, and preserves limited relevant information when required by law.

Realove complies with applicable child-safety laws. Confirmed CSAM is reported, as applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority or law-enforcement body. Realove cooperates with valid legal requests.
