Dating in Taiwan starts with a clear profile and a conversation
If you are looking for a relationship in Taiwan, say what you hope to build and how you prefer to get to know someone. Add your actual city, comfortable conversation languages and an interest you can describe with a concrete example. Realove lets adults create a profile and use AI Coach to think through the wording of an introduction or first message. The teaching example below shows how to make that introduction useful while keeping it in your own voice.
Plan your profile and first meeting
Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung are different meeting locations, so a Taiwan-wide search should not imply that you can meet anywhere. State your home city and separately explain whether another city fits your routine. Discuss travel frequency and time before suggesting a date. If you are visiting Taiwan, share the expected length of your stay without publishing accommodation details. Choose a public first meeting and arrange your own return journey.
Available languages
This information page is available in: English, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan). Use the language links to choose a version. The app interface supports English, Russian and Ukrainian. State your preferred conversation language in your profile.
A profile built around real intentions
Realove gives adults in Taiwan a place to describe themselves, state what they are looking for and discover people who have actually joined. This page does not publish invented profiles or a made-up local member count.
AI Coach supports your decisions
AI Coach can suggest improvements to a profile, photo selection and first message, and can highlight safer communication habits. Its suggestions are guidance—not an automated promise of attention, dates or a relationship.
A Taiwan dating profile: before and after
This is an invented teaching example, not a real member's profile, an AI Coach conversation history or a success story. It shows how to explain your own circumstances more clearly.
- Before: an introduction without clear expectations
- I live in Taichung. I like books and cooking. Looking for someone nice. Message me.
- After: intention, location and a starting topic
- I live in Taichung and would like a committed relationship, with time to get to know each other first. I enjoy novels and trying a new recipe at weekends. I prefer chatting in Mandarin and can also use English. I usually have more free time on weekends. If we both want to meet, I would like to start with a short conversation in a public place in Taichung.
- A possible first message
- Hi! I enjoy trying new recipes at weekends. What do you like doing when you have a free afternoon?
The revised profile explains the relationship goal, actual city, languages and preferred pace. A concrete hobby creates an easy opening. The message shares a true detail from the example and asks a question without assuming anything about the recipient.
Replace the location, interests, languages and schedule with facts that are true for you. Do not copy a relationship goal you do not share or invent details about the recipient. This example does not demonstrate a real match or promise a response.
What to expect
Available profiles depend on actual registrations and mutual interest. A guide or AI Coach suggestion cannot guarantee a reply, meeting or relationship.

Dating questions
What should a dating profile in Taiwan explain?
Say where you actually live, what kind of relationship you want and which languages you can comfortably use in conversation. Add a specific interest, such as a book you enjoyed or a dish you like cooking, rather than a list of traits that could describe anyone.
How should I discuss dating across Taiwanese cities?
Check whether both people would welcome the distance and what meeting frequency is realistic. Someone based in Taipei and someone in Kaohsiung may need a different plan from two people in the same city. A friendly conversation does not oblige either person to travel.
Does the Traditional Chinese guide mean the app is in Chinese?
The guide is available in Traditional Chinese for Taiwan. Registration and the app interface support English, Russian and Ukrainian; a Chinese interface is not currently available. State your preferred conversation language separately and ask the other person what works for them.
